Any what this dude means is : " In our religion, it is prohibited to kiss or have sex with a girl who is not your wife. Basically you can't touch (hold the hands) of someone that you can marry, until you marry them. The idea behind this, is that in terms of being boyfriend girlfriend, one things leads to the other, so they dont encourage holding hands In the first place.
