Is it more demonic to view God in a deistic way or in an atheistic way?

I often wonder if viewing God in a deistic way, which is to say that God is not personal in our lives but did create the the universe, seems to undermine who God is. If God is powerful but uncaring towards humans or other life, why would it matter?

Also, if viewing God in an atheistic way, which is to say that God is imaginary seems like total lunacy. We can show that the universe began to exist a finite time ago in the past. Scientists have proven the universe couldn't have began randomly or be eternal. They have shown it was guided in its process. The only difference is 98% of scientists believe in Evolution.

I think to hold an non theistic view on God makes you extremely demonic.
