What are your views about Hinduism and Hindus?

I asked a question about it before, but only one non-Hindu guy answered it. Why is it that the bad guys in the two great Hindu epics Duryodhana and Ravana were said to be such benevolent rulers whose people prospered?

I'm a Hindu and I've read both the epics.

They were really good by nature. They Kept their kingdoms and people happy and healthy. They were not actually bag.

Women, land and money are the root causes of wars.
Ravana was a great warrior, intellect and a person. He was a true devotee of Vishnu. But his lust for seeta (wife of Rama) made him a bad person

Duryodhan was a great warrior and a kind person. But his greed for land made him betray his own brothers and it led to his destruction. That's why he's portrayed as a bad guy

All polytheistic religions are false. Also any religion that worships a Cow, rock, tree, man, or any other material substance as being "a God" or "The God" whatever, it is a false religion.

God is not a physical Being, therefore God is not a physical thing at all. So all of those things are idolatry.

The Only God worth worshiping is one and the same as THE FIRST CAUSE, THE TRUE CREATOR of all of reality. Not a dog or cow or tree or whatever, and not a pantheon of supposedly lesser gods.

It's about anti-hindu sentiments. it's more prominent among Islamic nations and a lot of Islamic Indian people. Those who follow this, rape our women, convert our people and kill them just because we follow our religion

What they call "god" , including CREATOR brahma , are described by THEMSELVES as weak... too weak to be a god. NOT JUST a Christian claiming "Jesus is god of gods," but by the description IN hindu.

I think that most of the spiritual traditions associated with Eastern thought make a lot more sense than western spiritual traditions but I'm mostly thinking of Buddhism and Taoism.

Judging from how people act, think, do, I wouldn't be surprised if most of the known religions are just derivations from older ones.
There are Hindus that claim that Christianity has bits of Hinduism in it or something along those lines.

I think that too. I've read and heard a lot of people saying that Hinduism is the oldest religion in the world. At one point, everyone was a Hindu. All other religions have come from Hinduism and everyone have at least Hinduism genes in them.
