Ramadan question, permission to drink water? What do I do?

Assalamualaikum sis, a Muslim sister here!
So the general rule is that you cannot break your fast before sunset, without a valid reason and drinking water breaks your fast.
What is a valid reason?
1. If you are in a life or death situation
2. If not breaking your fast would be detrimental to your health- health always comes first sister.
Also make sure you wake up at a good time for Sehri/Suhoor. Don’t wake up when there’s 10 minutes left, wake up at least an hour or more before dawn. That way you’ll have plenty of time to eat and drink so it won’t feel so difficult the next day. And don’t just chug a load of water, because you’ll pee it straight back out lol, try to eat lots of fruit and vegetables in order to stay hydrated. And also do this at iftar.
Hope this helps, and Ramadan Kareem sis💕☺️✨
Thank you for the advice! I made it through the day and I thought about what someone else told me about the point of fasting is to feel thirst and hunger and it's supposed to be hard. Today on purpose I wore a layer of leggings under my pants and turtleneck under my sweater so that I may feel the thirst even more. Thank you for your words!
Sister, you don’t need to put yourself through unnecessary hardship by wearing extra layers to make yourself more thirsty.
The point is, that fasting sometimes becomes difficult- we are supposed to bare that hardship for the sake of Allah, but Allah is Merciful, He wouldn’t want us to put ourselves through hardship if we don’t need to
But isn't the greater the struggle the greater the reward? The extra layers made me so much more thirsty, but I felt like I was making a real sacrifice, and this was meaningful to me. Is this wrong?
If you can tolerate the heat you should not drink water, unless you feel you're about to pass out, after all Allah only knows your intentions and based on your intentions you'll be judged.
you have like 3-4 hours to the sun set.
I didn't trink wather in univerity for 2 days (i'm Christian) because i drink all my money for the food and i need to whait for my father suply "money".
I didn't want to tell him i spend all the money on alchool.
I feel like S in the last day but the wather never taste bether then that time and the food as well
You can drink water if it's really serious but that will break your fast. You don't have to explain anything to others. If you feel like you can't take it anymore, you can break your fast here.
I read somewhere Qur'an suggests that you can make it up by fasting a day extra outside of Ramzan to make up for it.

No. You wait for sunset of course.
Don't be such a wimp, there are people in much hotter climates who are hungrier and thirstier and work harder than you. But they will still observe their fast.
Akhi, don’t be so harsh you don’t know her situation. She could be a new revert to Islam, she may have some kind of health condition which makes it a little more difficult, or this may just be her struggle in itself- Allah (swt) tests us all with different trials, what is easy for some, is not easy for others and the fact that she is struggling means Allah will reward her greatly.
U should drink water bcoz even for Allah health comes first
Just say fuck it and drink some water
Wait for sunset
