In general, my aim for this topic would be to see if something is (more often than not) accurate to the science on our perception of our reality. So, if I had to choose an answer, I'd choose c. 🤔 Although it is a firm & well-grounded belief of mine, It's not a fixed one. And even though it may be best for me to act as if it were fixed (for my survival and/or wellbeing), I believe there are many more things about reality that we just don't know. So I don't like being closed off to any better discoveries.
So yeah, I tend to be agnostic on ambiguous things like this. And I don't feel we'll ever have the full answers. ⬅ Even though that's my bias, I even still have elements of agnosticism with that. 😂 I can't escape it. It's always there because new discoveries continue to challenge our former conceptual structures. And we base reality on those! So it's often the case that we aren't as right as we think we are until someone comes along and points it out. For instance, Einstein did it with the theory of relativity.
So, in my opinion, if the smartest beings on the planet are still grappling with what is true, then I don't believe that it's our place to have a fixed belief at all. But ya know, we humans arguably need our belief systems so I'm not totally against anyone having it or anything. Just likely wouldn't likely produce the most accurate views of reality.
Combined paraphrased fragments:
"If a partial entity is trying to model a complex totality, all they're ever going to be able to do is embody a partial representation of that as well as they can get it. God only knows what's out there if there's nothing to perceive it. Physicists tell us that it's more like a vast potential fluctuating quantum field. Basically a pool of quantum potential that isn't realized until something conscious interacts with it. And so, maybe it doesn't even turn into stars or planets until something/someone looks at it."

Albert Einstein's most famous quote states: "EVERYTHING is a matter of Vibration & Frequency.
Energy and matter are interchangeable and NEITHER can be created NOR destroyed."
The 21 grams of the Soul experiment refers to a scientific study published in 1907 by Duncan MacDougall, a physician from Haverhill, Massachusetts. MacDougall hypothesized that souls pre-death have physical weight, and attempted to measure the mass lost by a human when the soul departed the body. MacDougall attempted to measure the mass change of six patients at the moment of death. The six subjects lost three-fourths of an ounce.
Also, the Sanford Research Institute and DARPA heavily invested in the secular manifestation of 'remote viewing' also known as 'Astral Projection' from 1958-1985, wherein the human consciousness temporarily deliberately exits the physical body for the purposes of espionage.
The ONLY remaining issue is whether the sentient energies (the Soul) REMAIN 'cohesive' after leaving the deceased physical body.
Anecdotally... many will attest to the existence of manifestible ectoplasmic post-dead Sentiences (ghosts) and the Buddhists have repeatedly manifestibly proven the reincarnation of past grand Lamas through a child's abilities to accurately identify their alleged former Persona's physical belongings.
Five possibilities.
Possibility A: We go nowhere. We are just on this Earth, roaming around.
Possibility B: We go to the stars. If earth doesn't have any room for new spirits, we'll be sent to the stars. (Though I have my doubts on this).
Possibility C: Had you ever wondered that there may be others out there? You know, like outside of this galaxy, this milky way, this universe? What if our souls goes there? The Other Place.
Outside of this milky way, there are multiple universes just like earth. It might be overpopulated, compared to this Earth or it might have less population compared to this Earth.
What I'm trying to say, we might be reborned in that other universe.
Possibility D : Nowhere. Nothing happens. We are just gone. We don't become spirits. We are just... Completely gone. Had you ever watched WandaVision? If you have, Wanda went to this... Place (I forgot what it was called) so she can see Vision. Reportedly, they have Visions body because Vision was the one who stopped Ultron and was the world's highest technology. When Wanda saw Vision, dismembered, she was confused and asked what they were doing to him. After someone explained, she broke the glass and flew down to see Vision close up. She used her TK to feel him... She couldn't. It was a confirmation that Vision is really dead.
Maybe when we die, we end up like a permanently deleted computer program. You can't find them in your trash... The program is just gone.
If you try to communicate with a spirit by using a Oujia board, they'll be unreachable. You can't get them back. If you can't feel their presence, then they are not there and that's how you know that they aren't coming back.
Possibility E: We are reborned.
I really don't know, and those type of question consume me. I would like to think it would a be a peaceful afterlife, but I'm also confused because we are made of organic molecules, and the presence of a soul cannot really be proved using the scientific method and our current level of knowledge.

I have had a lot of experiences in life as an empath I'm not going to go into detail but I believe since we are made out of water and atoms. Atoms broke down equals energy energy Never Dies we are supposed to have internal life something happened to me one time at the hospital and when I came to I told the doctors and nurses about it they cannot explain it but I believe if our body is our Temple God has many houses our Temple protects something very precious I believe when we die our body our Temple falls to the ground it's our energy the gathers our soul or spirit and everything we have ever done in life one of life's gifts that were given to us this choice we choose who we want to be by the things we say and do. Choice is more powerful than love because everything we do every step we do is a choice with all our choices if they were good choices our energy gathers our soul or spirit everything we've done whether it's a dime-sized ball of light did we walk to leave with our energy but I believe that we go wherever we are supposed to go because of the choices we have made like I said energy Never Dies
As far as we can tell from science which is the best tool we have to ascertain reality, we are no longer conscious when we're dead. Since consciousness has never been shown to work without a brain and nervous system in humans, and nobody has ever been shown to have memories from unconscious periods, we couldn't conclude that it can diverge from its source.
I wouldn't rule out that in the future, we might learn how to transplant our consciousness into a machine which can run it the same way our brains do, but I'm fairly confident we can't be conscious without a physical source for consciousness to be produced from.
So I voted option C. Our conscious experience simply ceases and we decompose. But life goes on without us. 😉My parents told us we turn into stars when we die when my siblings and I were younger. I don’t necessarily believe it, just as I don’t really believe in other afterlives, but the stars thing does sound nice. It’s that or nothing for me. Or the world isn’t real...
Reincarnation probably has the best ties with science.
After all, no matter volatilizes, just changes form and purpose.
A dead human is probably the only exception, at least those who choose to get buried in a coffin that is then conserved in a concrete room for decades. The Christian afterlife. I believe when a person dies their soul goes immediately to Heaven or Hell. I believe one day Hell will be emptied and all in it will be judged and then cast into the Lake of Fire where they will remain for eternity while those in Heaven will remain there for eternity.
I believe the only way to Heaven is: 1. To first to believe in Jesus and to believe Jesus is who he said he was. 2. To accept him as Lord and savior. 3. To repent of sins and walk in obedience to Jesus which are both the evidence rather than the mechanism of salvation.I believe in heaven, hell and reincarnation. If you have not fulfilled your destiny or the universe need you to keep coming back for whatever reason, the universe will send your souls back to this plain for another life. You make it to heaven or hell when you either fulfilled your destiny or screwed it up so bad that your are punished and go to hell until you've learned your lesson and are ready for reincarnation.
The first law of thermodynamics say that matter and energy can neither be created or destroyed. Our brains use electrical energy to function. When we die, that energy has to go someplace. It does not just disappear.
I think there are things that occur in the world that we do not have the apparatus to detect.- s
Honestly I think there's no afterlife. We just cease to exist and our bodies disappear.

I am a Christian and I believe that we have an afterlife as promised in the Bible but I don't necessarily think that everything in the Bible is true word-for-word. I believe that some of it represent human interpretation of our divine promise.
The electrical impulses in our brains are transferred to a parallel universe where they are used as a power supply.
NO ONE at the Moment is Any Place "Up There." Tis Not Judgement Day with God. You Wait. In the Meantime, You will Probably See people you Know. Be able to Come to Earth, Float around. Make Right with God Now.
"Lest a man be born Again, He Cannot See the Kingdom of God."xxHaving been to the other side and returned three times, what I saw had the elements of staying in Heaven, staying here on Earth as a guardian, or being reborn as the next advancement in your continuing journey.
There’s no evidence of an afterlife so it seems silly to spend any time worrying about it. All descriptions of an afterlife sound like make-believe.
That’s my biggest fear actually that there is nothing after death, I believe in god but the not knowing is very scary
When we die, our learning is uploaded to the great data lake of being, and our physical resources return to the ground. So has it ever been. Amen.
I believe there is an afterlife for some people. Spiritually rejoining The Creator. But the opposite is spiritual death.
When you die and are buried, you don't know what is going on around you (Ecclesiastes 9:10). You are sleeping and only God can wake you up from your sleep (Acts 24:15).
Valhall and oblivion. For worthy ones the Valhall, a never ending sex, drugs and food orgy. Those who aren't able to gain Wotan's favor will be forgotten like they never existed.
I sometimes feel like its lights out and you're dead, then other things make me think otherwise, i feel like its nice to believe their is some form of after life.
These are just stories made up by people afraid of death.
