Its the most certain thing that will happen to all of us. Most certain examination and possibly longest time given to prepare. Happens in a flash. people dont fear death they fear future. Death doesn't give you time to fear. Its smooth
I don't fear death, I just find it frustrating, because once I'll be dead, I'll miss all the interesting things that will happen after. All the science, events, mankind on another world, maybe aliens, technology. I'LL MISS EVERYTHING. I'm mad, just thinking about it.
i never really feared death up to one point in my life but only for a short while, so i was never really that afraid of death, i guess im not that egoistical and life isn't that impressive to me in the first place lol
Actually, I'm more concerned about: 1. the pain/suffering leading to that last gasp of air 2. dying ahead of my expected lifespan 3. my soul's salvation
that would scare me too, but as a Christian i have assurance that i will be in heaven!! i hope that you will at least consider believing in Jesus as your Savior---because that's all you have to do to be saved :))

I made peace with death, its not my time to die but when that time comes i either move on as an enlightend positive soul or i sieze to exist and it won't matter.
My only regrets would be not to see the man I truly love again but if it is what it is I will gladly lay in my coffin surrounded by flowers, I want to look like I'm sleeping peacefully.
I don't fear it. In fact fear was important to bang my whole life given my condition, until I started desiring death.. Just desire. My goal is to continue what's left with neither fear nor desire for death. 😊

I'm the type of guy that wants an eternity of growth and new experiences.
80 something years doesn't really cut it for me, I will always fear oblivion for I grasp life with a death grip. I don't want to go back to non-existence, ever.
What matters is your soul, it will remain alive forever and your corpse will be buried in a respectful way in a coffin where people can visit you to pray for you...
When the soul leaves the body the corpse starts to rot, you won't need it anymore but STILL it will always be respected cause it carried your soul once!

I have cheated death twice in my life. I don't fear it.
Me too! I gave a huge middle finger to him a few times!
I was pretty much there. Some how I made it back.

once you have it so bad in life that you wish you're rather dead, death doesn't seem so bad anymore
I was in that space for awhile there and these days its more given me a better resolve in life. The fear is just gone almost completely for me now

Used to. But after a series events I embraced death. Now as a healthier person I just don't care, as long as it's just me.

Heyo. Death isn’t something to fear, it’s just the end of one of many cycles of existence.
I hope that you live long and happy cause be sure that your not just a cycle, your important and your life is priceless 😊
Thanks love ❤️ yeah I intend to hang out for a long time to come, I just don’t fear the end of it any more than I fear sleeping at night :)
Your welcome miss agape 🙂
For me it's cuz I don't wanna go to hell but now I know I'm going to heaven baseo n my beliefs so I'm not scared of it
If you've nothing to gain from living, you've nothing to lose by dying.
no, i have seen a few people die, friends, parents and in the end we are all going to die, though some of us in better ways then others
Like you say death isn't anything to fear, dying certainly can be. It can be really painful and take a long time.

I've never feared what comes next.
I almost died last year of covid, and I don't want to go that way, but I don't fear what comes after death.
I never really think about it in a negative way. It just is what it is.
I have intrusive thoughts about my rotting corpse so

@TonyMetal___86 is on point and absolutely correct! Well said, sir.
@mistixs You don't have to worry about that! Don't let those bad thoughts have any power over you. Pray to God to help take them away from you.
@Jamie05rhs thanks 🙂
I had a near death experience and I was a little taken aback at how calm I was. I am probably more afraid of death now than I was then.
I never feared death. More so I feared dying without saying I lived a memorable life.
