How to Study the Bible for Beginners?

I've recently gotten my self centered and my mind set on sitting down and really studying the Bible instead of just reading it. I have looked up a few ways to study but none seems to really have structure. Any tips, methods, or helpful advice

First of all get a New King James Bible. Beware with these waterdown Bibles versions out there. Very careful.

The Holy Spirit of God will guide you and teach you all things regarding God's word.

Somethings might be difficult for you because of your spiritual iimmaturity.

Don't worry about it; no one understands God's word 100% but for the most part you will understand what needs to be understood.

You have to learn to properly divide the word of truth as the Bible teaches, meaning scripture interprets scripture.

God's word interprets itself and has reference scripture supporting other scriptures throughout the Bible.

You have to read the Bible a lot. When I started out I was literally reading the Bible like crazy.

I started out in Proverbs, re-read it over and over again and I did the same thing with psalms etc.

I was drench with God's word and super spiritually obese.

As you humble yourself before God, God will guide with His right hand and open your spiritual eyes with enlightment of His word.

It's the job of the Holy Spirit to guild you into all truths as Jesus said.

-read the scriptures associated with each Attribute. And then, compare that definition to the world’s definition. Love verse love, Goodness vs good etc…

Guess What, my Being-Christian, I’ve tried to follow so I can Send you some interesting ideas. All over the 🌎 🌍 🌏 and still can’t wrap my head around God. I usually would suggest a local church, they sometimes have groups/clubs for teens/young adults, you might find some friendly folks there who can walk you through it and give you structure.


There are also certain bibles that are more in detail, they break down every part for you to understand better.
