It is a frequent subject of meditation for me. I am a practicing Catholic and one of the most common prayers in the Church is the Hail Mary (side note, it is traditionally referred to as the Angelic Salutation), the closing line of which is "... pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of death." And the average recitation of the Rosary includes this prayer 53 times.

Yes, so true. My aunt knew this couple well the husband went to work
and that was the last his wife saw of him. He was finished with work
and went up to the room where employees go. Sat down to have a cup
of coffee and he was found by a co-worker deceased and found the
cup with coffee still left in it. So see we never know life is
a gamble that we all take and a chance to survive
Yeah. Makes it all the more fun to chug a half quart of dutch chocolate milk with burritos and tacos.

I'm getting to that point.
From what I'm hearing, time travel IS possible in both directions! Not that YOU can go back to being a teenager, again bit that you can go back to WHEN you were a teenager! My parents, and many friends have died around me, and although, no one that I know, readily talks about it, we all know.
I told my surgeon, before being anesthetized, that I at times, equated being 'put to sleep' - with dying. He gave me the strangest look when I said that.
Both of my parents and my sister have died. I am the only one in my immediate family left. I know that some day I will die too, and I accept that.
I've had plenty of reminders throughout life
Yes. Nearly everyone dies alone unless there's a bunch of people together and tragedy or mass murder happens when they all die at the same time.
