I know I do, I pray every night before bed. God blesses me with wisdom and knowledge the next day to help me become the best person I can be.

I recite various religious verses and prayers at night in bed but not as much for the next day but normally to thank God for having blessed me with one more day to live and also to pray for a safe night and to wake me up in good state. Also pray for safety all around the lives of parents, kids and siblings for the duration of the night.

When I meditate in scripture I get what you are taking about, however, often it makes my mind awaken…I do that in AM now…

Sometimes I do but, if I am struggling with something in my life or dealing with the loss of a loved one or sick, I don't always feel better after I pray at night. Usually every morning when I wake up, I thank God for a new day of life and ask for guidance and protection this makes me feel better in the morning.

Nope, I don't pray. I do meditation, and rituals, but they don't let me sleep peacefully, but they do help me feel better spiritually

I don't mean to offend you in anyway shape or form but if I don't have sex with my girl I normally just use hands free toys cum twice inside and goto sleep to be perfectly honest.
