Why is it so insulting to say that silly things are written in Quran to a muslim?

Actually even the competition in quran said jesus was real and messia and his teaching is good and light... which led some muslims to obey quran and accept book new testament "injil".

As middle easterner, trust me, they are very sensitive on religion. You can call middle easterner Muslim every name and they won’t care , the moment you bring allah, oh no.
I could get beat up too but depends what country too. Some countries are more secular so they probably wouldn’t care
