Is it wrong for a church?

Question

So my last question was about the bikini carwash the church hosted.

It was only hosted by the church. The money went to homeless people. The people who have invisible friends above the clouds brought food and drinks but they didn't wash cars. Only us unholy sinners who haven't found jesus yet washed cars. So as you see it didn't have any more to do with the church itself, than Biden has to do with the gas extracted in Ukraine, even though his son Hunter is on the board of the Ukraine gascompany

My question was " is it borderline cheating " but most answers were more about the church and the guy in the sky with superpowers getting mad about it

Don't you think our lord and savior is cool with us helping homeless?

Honestly, I don’t see a problem with that if that’s how you go to the beach anyways. I still think cheating is determined by the other part of the relationship, but as an outsider looking in I don’t see that as cheating or even borderline.

OK, not sure what your question is or what your last question was but if you are asking if it's alright for a church to host a bikini carwash? Then my answer is sure what's wrong with that. A bikini is just a swimming suit for women. We used to go to church camp growing up and all the girls swam in bikinis.

There is a large crowd of dumb pastors who know nothing spiritual they talk about... and there is a crowd of butthurt rebels, having something known as the "catholic schoolgirl syndrome". I want nothing to do with either. Everyone should just start thinking for themselves.

Churches like to use fronts to cover up their uselessness. Helping the homeless is a good cause, especially if done properly and appropriately, but when churches do it, it’s more about appearance and “good points” than actual effect.

Well, appearance is everything in this world. If you are a church and your message is to be wholesome for all families to be able to come and what not, you shouldn’t be having half naked women in they itty bitties to entice people. It’s just not a great look. But since society is so fucked it, it takes that to even get people to do that kind of stuff in the first place.

i helped with a car wash fundraiser more than once for Saturday food kitchen. i don't see anything wrong with bathing suit bottoms and T -shirt and flops.
