Just a suggestion with your poll questions. If you're going to ask a closed ended question that you want to know yes or no just say do you agree yes or no. Putting these sentences afterwards sometimes adds on more than I could agree to making me unable to click either button feeling like i actually feel that way.

I don't believe most people ever realize when they're in a cult, but if they did, it's good to realize you're in one, so you can decide if everything you're following is good or bad.

I know a couple of people who had cult involvement, one as a member and one as a parent trying to get his daughter out of one.

It's certainly better to realise getting out of the cult is healthier than staying in. It was for these families, anyway.

I've known I was getting into a cult well beforehand. People seem to conflate cults as a generality, with automatically harmful ones like heavens gate or jehovahs witnesses. All a cult is, is a religion with socially taboo or non normal beliefs.
