Hippies are free spirits who love nature, smoke weed and eat shrooms. They don’t normally have jobs. Hence “Get a job hippie!”. They normally also have long hair in the late 60s and 70s. Hence “Get a haircut hippie!”. Some go days without showering also hence “Take a bath hippie!”. They use to normally ride around in Volkswagen and hitchhike. They popularized the peace hand gestures along with the peace sign you see in a shape of a circle with three lines. ✌️&☮️
Do they love Lava Lamps? That part I can’t answer. If I remember correctly they even protested about the Vietnam War. I believe you can watch Forest Gump and Jenny went through a hippie faze? I may not be 100% accurate, but I think I may be pretty close. Correct me if I’m wrong!
