In Judaism what is the way to deal with obnoxious irritators who give you issues?

I've been harassed for mostly all my life. Always people who want to punish me for doing the just and fair thing. I had stalkers make up lies about me after I rejected them and they liked me because of my sweetness and innocence. One guy said I slept around because he wanted me to be untouched while he planned to rape and torture me but he was deported.
