I don't prey to one god in perticular - but before an exam I usually prey to a general "god" that may happen to be running the universe of which I play an insignificant role in on a macro scale - but a significant role in on a micro scale of my community (that is I have significant impact to have great memories made with dates, fun with friends and family and to help better the lives of people in my community financially through banking where I work and helping out others as I encounter chance opportunities to do so on time off or on weekends that can make a difference in someone's life. And I prey sometimes to this "universal god" a couple times a year before bed near a window before a difficult exam - or to help feel like there is some kind of placebo like wind at my back guiding me and helping me along my journey from time to time to bring me comfort on an as needed basis.

I would categorize myself as agnostic. I open minded to the concept of god but have not yet seen definitive proof of a devine being exisitng - but would like to believe that one does and is looking out for me that will allow me to dominate the weeks objectives set ahead of time to complete and advance.

Yes every night without fail I do an Our Father prayer.

No matter my mental condition. No matter my mood. No matter if I have been living spiritually that day or in sin. No matter if I am sober (99% of the time I am) or if I am intoxicated. No matter if I’m in bed alone or with someone else. It doesn’t matter. I always say an Our Father.

Hmm.. That sounded like I'm an insomniac. I wake up for the purpose of prayer and go back to sleep. I love it, but sometimes it's hard to stay awake long enough to finish.

No, I never had the habit to pray at bedtime, neither on other occasions, which does not mean I never meditate. I just don't need ritual prayers. As a child, in difficult moments, I still very occasionally did try a silent prayer...
