No.
OT - portions of, not all. I stopped around Leviticus and cherry picked. To me, this is foundational, history. Sections are hard to read.
NT - yes. I challenged it as much as I could.
Then there is the purpose of the whole thing... which I think I get, as I try to explain it, but everyone has to come there in their own way. I got to a level of understanding that I didn't want to go and possibly confuse myself.
I don't think it's necessary either... it's not a logic or intellect issue, it's a heart one.
I've read some of the Muslim Koran. Brief readings on Buddah and I'll draw from other wisdom teachers. There's plenty of wise teachers...
I've breifly explored other things to understand... vodoo, witchcraft, mormon... more in thought. Athiests I've been around and heard their challenges, watched videos.
I didn't even start til my 30's... I wish I'd found Christ sooner like in my teens. Oh well..

My religion (Norse/Germanic Polytheism) doesn't have a holy book. There are written sources which are useful to us because they contain much of our sacred lore in the form of myths and examples of right conduct, but we do not accept them as infallible or inspired documents. Any religion which does this is deceiving its members about the purity and precision of the written word. The various competing factions of Middle Eastern religions are proof of this. Their conflicting interpretations can not all be correct!
If in my case you're asking I've read all the Icelandic Sagas and the entire contents of the Codex Regius, then yes I have multiple times.
I used to be religious Christian but did a complete change. When I was, I read the whole Bible, every. singe. page. and honestly, it wasn't fun. Lol
Actually there's only a small amount of religious people who read the Bible and even the smaller about live by what's written in there

I have read virtually every major religious book with the following exceptions:
1- the Quran. I tried, I really did, but it offended me, not once but multiple times. You can say whatever you want about yourself, your god and your religion but the moment you start putting words and thoughts into OTHER religions that they simply do not have it is too much.
2- the Vedic scriptures, I have read some of them (including the Rig) but not all 4.
3- The works of both Confucius and Buddha. Again I have read some, but not all
But I have read:
The Bible, Bhagavad Gita, Tibetan Book of the Dead, The Rig-Vedda, The Apocrypha, many Gnostic scriptures, Book of Mormon and Pearl of Great Price, The Tao te Ching, the book of Changes, many Egyptian and Sumerian religious works, Parts of the Talmud and Torah, The writings of Cayce, Dee and Kelly, and Robert Monroe to name a few.
Yes! Few times and i don't just put of the blue have a conversation/discussion about it. I don't even talk about it with "my church" people because they ones i meet that want to talk about it are mostly retards like with their knowledge. So stay away from the church people. My advice is! Find a middle eastern christian like me that has time and knowledge without offending anyone
I am not very religious but I have and there are some if it I do believe and don’t believe. I do believe in a god and Jesus is the son of but I can’t really believe Adam and Eve and Edens garden I more believe the scientific facts and evolution. I kinda feel the Bible is half true but some half are I disagree or just a story.
Heh. Back in the day the knowledge divide was even more obvious: The Bible was and the clergy spoke in Latin which the local population did not understand. They were required to know when to give their „amen!“. 🧐😬
Obviously, even read some of the Vedas and Gita to boot, as well as others.
Hence why it's not peoples line of religious questioning I hate on, but their fucking ignorance and small minds.
I am an atheist, and I have read the Bible cover to cover. I have also read a very old Bible, as in not long James, written in Latin, Bible cover to cover (fluent in Latin over here).
I've read several religions books (or translations of them) cover to cover. The luxury of being a fast reader with a lot of spare time.
never cover to cover because... a teacher directed me to the important parts so i read all those.
I have not read the bible cover to cover but i have read many of the stories in it
