How do I know the difference?

I usually get visions or dreams and they do come true... sometimes sooner and other times later

But sometimes it's just my thoughts

And both of them are in my own voice... but I don't know the difference... anyone who can guide me on how to know the difference I would really appreciate it

Because these universe and signs and visions are driving me crazy cookoo

you can't. dreams don't have predictive power. whether something you dreamt about and it actually happening is pure coincidence. it's quite similar to a "good guess". you only know whether a guess what good or not by seeing the result.

It's not just dreams
But also like random thoughts that come in my mind and its like this will work out like this just be patient
And even if it was close to impossible to working out it does work out

there is no logical connection between you having a thought or a dream and that thing actually happening. there are things that you dream of or think that do not actually happen. so by looking at the things that end up happening, ignoring the things that don't add up happening, you have a cognitive bias towards the conclusion that your dreams somehow correlate with what happens.

And I know all of them don't come true
Which is why I am looking for a difference between my intuition and my own thoughts

Intuition is just guessing. You can be good or bad at it. But it's not deterministic. It's not a making things happen.

But more like knowing beforehand that something is about to happen

I want to be able to differentiate when it's my intuition from my own thoughts

ah ok. well the wording is wrong. you don't "know" beforehand. you can make accurate predictions about the future. an there's ways to know certain things from experience. like if you let go of something it usually falls to the ground. but I don't know if your predictions have that level fo accuracy and reliability.

compare the ideas to existing prophecy if it matches jeremia or jesus it is something to emphasize now. if not, then not from god just a dream.
