Historically, organized religion has been at the forefront of much of history's worst moments and most widespread killings. More hate, prejudice, fear and unrest has been cultivated in the name of religion than any other single thing I can think of, except possibly race.

Just look at the hate groups in the USA, Christian Nationalists, the sexual abuse in the Catholic Church and the Mormon Church. That's organized religion, and it's continuing to groom more kids into it than those who get out, and that takes years.

Look at the Middle East. All of these countries are theocracies:
Iran, which is governed by a theocratic government.
Afghanistan - a TOTAL disaster ruled by Taliban
Saudi Arabia, Mauritania, Yemen
Sudan. where ethnic, political and religious violence are escalating to a civil war
Myanmar - where ethnic and religious cleansings against Rohingya Muslims have displaced over 3/4 of a million people and killed thousands more.

YOU Sir, are living in a bubble, completely unaware of the damage that many organized religions are doing each and every day. You somehow believe that they're not going to keep doing it.

If you stopped thinking it's impressive to throw around the terms for the concepts and address the substance of what happens to real people, I might see your point. The wealthiest among us have smartly demonized the term "socialism" and put fear in the hearts of others, making them think it means "you will work for nothing and share everything with everyone, even those who don't work."
