Why am I stuck in my house during astral projection?

when i astral project, i find that i’m stuck in my house. whenever i try to leave, my vision goes completely black as if my eyes are closed. same thing when i attempt looking at my body in my bed. any opinions and/or advice would be great, thank you!

You're clipping out of bounds and bypassing the loading trigger. Nothing outside the playable area is actually loaded, and you can't interact with the door in your astral form, so you'll need to change maps before projecting if you want to see anything out there.

Just take care not to get softlocked. Your body will despawn if you travel too far or leave it for too long, and you might have to restart. It would really suck to lose 21 years of progress.

i can float around, or walk, and see. i can’t see when i try to leave my house. i can’t leave my house in general, for that reason. that’s what my question was about

this happens to me as i lay down to sleep, so if the 8 hours people spend at night to sleep is considered too much spare time, then maybe lmao
