In the bible, is there anything that says that threesomes are not permitted?

Multiple supposed "righteous" men had multiple wives and concubines (secondary wives on the side for sexual purposes). I'm sure there were tons of orgies goin down behind closed doors.

FFS, the very 12 tribes of Israel came from one man and FOUR WOMEN (Jacob with Leah and Rachel and their two handmaidens Zilpah and Bilpah). In King David's case, he was given all the wives and concubines of King Saul and when David had committed adultery with Bathsheba and then killed her husband Uriah, the prophet Nathan came to David speaking on behalf of the Hebrew god, and asked why David did this, when all David had to do was ask and god would've given David MORE WIVES AND CONCUBINES, but instead, he chose to go get with a married woman and kill her husband.

The general idea is that each man should have his own wife and each woman her own husband... The concept is that you want to love one another completely and not favor one wife over the other... Another passages for example states he shall not multiply wives for himself, or else his heart will turn away... That is to say by becoming involved with more than one person you are gravitating toward sexual amorality. In general fornication (i. e. sex outside of marriage) is amoral. Marriage in the bible is defined as between a man and a woman. So threesomes would be outside acceptable doctrine even though cultural practices prior allowed multiple wives.

considering adultery is a capital sin practically (or litterally one, forgot) and sex before marriage is a big no no, not to mention promiscuous stuff so even if it's not said explicitly in the bible it's definitely a sin

If a man lays with another man he should be put to death.

In other words one man and two women is OK.

Only 2, 3 is adultery.
