If I'm a black guy that is attracted to white/light skin women than I am to dark skinned women, what does this mean?

Question 2(for people who have been part of the congregation for a Black African church): How would you feel if you've learnt a pastor’s kid is marrying a white woman?

I just want to point out that just because I like certain skin tones more than others, does not mean I despise others in any way. I just like certain things more than others

It doesn't mean anything. It means you have a preference in what you find attractive. That doesn't mean that you are racist or wrong. You just like what you like. I will give you an example. I am bi. Right now I'm in a relationship with a girl. Is that wrong that I prefer that to being in a relationship with a guy? No, just as it is not wrong that you prefer a certain look. It would be no different than you being attracted to women with short hair. It is called a preference and we all have them to some extent. Don't overthink this to mean some deep meaning. It is just part of who you are. Maybe you like your steak rare or coffee with cream. Just like anything else those are preferences. You are allowed to have them.

I don’t think it’s very common for a black person to prefer a different race female to marry but I definitely think it’s acceptable and possible. I myself, tend to prefer European guys cause European culture is more religious than Chinese culture, even among very religious Chinese people.

I don't know, I think a lot of black guys like white girls or lightskin girls. Latinas too of course. I guess it's just different to you and seems especially beautiful.

A black African church will probably not approve of that though.
