Nope. A black hole is only if much mass.

And we are not allowed to be against "dark" J. k.

A different problem is"if the galaxy is held together by much dark matter, then people would not float when they fly up in space". The mass would make us fall toward the center.

Well, there would be "bow wakes" of planets and stars everywhere, and it (the Dark Matter) would actually cause everything to fly around semi-randomly and either collide with one another or get ejected from the galaxy. The Solar System has ZERO dark matter inside of it, even though the "hypothesis" of Dark Matter insists 80% of the Solar System's mass should be Dark Matter.
