What do you think of the role of reward and punishment in a believers life?

I’ve seen badly behaved Christians get the same problems they tried to give others, even when their target person did not suffer any losses.

And I’ve seen good intentioned Christians get the same blessings they tried to give others, even when their target person did not gain any blessings.

Many claim to be religious and yet they do not seen to understand that what goes around come an around.
