When did science become separate from philosophy and religion?

In ancient times science, religion and philosophy was more or less one and the same.

Science and philosophy was seen as a way to understand creation.

In medieval times the Muslims and later the Christians would use Greek philosophy and knowledge created by Greek thinkers like Plato, Aristotle, Hippocrates, Galen.

In the 1600s there was tensions between science and religion because of helocentrism vs geocentrism but Galileo and Newton still identified as religious.
