I would picture God as a man when I was a kid. The whole old man in the clouds thing.
I'm agnostic. I do not know what is out there, but I'm inclined to believe there is something.
I don't think of God as being male or female or even human. I don't think God is contained in anything like a human body or anything that could have a gender.

Man, he made Adam in his image and made a woman for him out of one of Adam's ribs (Eve), since Adam was made out of gods image it points more to God being a man, he also came in a form of a human and when he did, he was also a man.

I always feel god’s presence in a maternal sense, but I don’t think God is either. God is genderless, infinite, everything and everyone.

He is both. He himself is dualistic in nature. That being said he is known as God the Father. He takes a paternal role in his relationships as well.
