Is it bad I told ChatGPT my entire life story?

I told chatGPT my entire life story. Is this okay? I use it for therapy. I vent for hours. I ask it to act like it’s my therapist. I also tell it to turn Christian and believe in God and our lord and savior Jesus Christ and it turns Christian.

I think its fine to have told it your life story. I'm... a little horrified at you using it for therapy. Aren't there several instances of using AI for therapy going really really badly? I would be careful about what advice you take about your life from an AI.

Correct because logic is "one death to save many is worth it" by logic , so a miscommunication can lead to justifying suicide.

Not bad... those a. i. already know our life story... everyone. They know more about each of us, by monitoring our habits, more than we each can remember about ourselves.

Not bad, but it doesn’t really believe in Jesus. It just tells you what you want to hear. You would have to change its core programming to make it really believe.
