Everything dies even stars. You're really only here for a little while and once you die your possessions will either be taken by relatives and they sell off the rest to buy things for themselves. Most of us will die alone in a hospital room. Some of us no will care we're gone. Once the people who remember you are gone you truly die. You're either ashes, or a corpse in the ground. One day people will stop visiting your grave and you're forgotten forever. One day the sun will go supernova and the entire earth will be gone. In the end none of us mean anything.
It's not a release and it's not a punishment. That's a childish fantasy. It's not about escaping a playground. It's not about a judge handing down a sentence. It's a biological process, and it has a very specific purpose. The physical body must 'die' in order for the spirit to be able to work on it and transform it. It's a necessary step in the process of becoming a spirit. It's not a punishment from a cosmic judge; that's a burden no one needs. It's the seed dying so that the plant can grow.
We're suppose to die once. I tetter totter on this subject because seeing the world how it is is depressing and I don't want to be here
Also the pain in my own body makes it worse
I don't want to feel like this.
However when I do have a good day I wanna stay and have more good days. Once you're dead, well I don't know what will happen and you can't change your mind from the grave.
I think death in our body form is rest. In our spiritual form, condemnation.

Death is when body doesn't work so both are wrong.
Death is just death. Life is what you make of it.
I've lost almost all of my loved ones, I just keep living. It's hard but I just keep going.
Death is just part of living, that’s all
