Now I am not Jewish, but Jesus said, if you obey God perfectly but you do not love those who do not obey God perfectly, you will be punished worse than those who do not obey the bible perfectly...

Because God won't send you to heaven just for your level of obedience, but also based on your love of compassion and sympathy for others, and your level of dedication to the happiness of others, and your level of effort and proactive behaviour based on labour and work, and your level of respect for others.

If you are so holy you do not respect anybody other than yourself, you will go to hell after you die.

Perfect obedience is not enough for you to go to Heaven in God's eyes, you also need compassion, respect, forgiveness and hard work towards those who do not obey God perfectly.

That's like expecting to have a prepared dish just by setting in your kitchen wearing the perfect chef outfit. There's more use of some beginner cook improvising, than a lazy chef achieving nothing.
