I don't think the Mayor of New York can unilaterally override the constitution. That would be a matter for the Supreme Court.

If you want to know how Muslims infiltrate government look at Dearborn, Michigan. Once they have the mayor office, they control the police force. Typically if they are able to take over the city council, they will enact public ordinances like no passing out religious material, and then use the police force to selectively enforce the law where they will persecute Jews, Christians, etc. under the law but turn a blind eye toward Muslims breaking the same ordinance since the mayor controls the police force. They will create anti hate speech laws, but let Muslims hate on everyone every day and then arrest anyone that is critical of Muslims under those laws. They will turn a blind eye toward Muslims raping and murdering people, and if anyone uses self defense and wins a fight against a Muslim, then the police force will arrest the person that defended themselves for a violent crime and then tax on additional years for a hate crime. That is why it is so dangerous to give a Muslim the mayor's office, because they control the police force.

In NYC the Jewish fire chief is already stepping down... Why? Because he knows a Muslim will be given his job as soon as Mamdani gets the chance to replace him. What happens when the fire department starts to respond to fires in Muslim neighborhoods over other neighborhoods and ignores fires in Jewish neighborhoods for example? A muslim website quoted a traditional muslim source allowing her to uncover one eye but that is enough to see, not both eyes.
Hijab covers neck and hair.
