How it’s calculated

It’s based on your full birth date (day, month, year).
You reduce each part to a single digit (unless it’s a “master number” 11, 22, or sometimes 33), then add them together and reduce again.

Example:
Birthdate: July 15, 1995
Month: 7
Day: 1+5 = 6
Year: 1+9+9+5 = 24 → 2+4 = 6
Total: 7 + 6 + 6 = 19 → 1+9 = 10 → 1
