What do you mean? I have never ever wanted to have sex without my partner's clear consent. The very thought is nauseous. This reminds me of the question "What stops you from murdering and raping people as much as you want?" And the answer is that I do commit murder and rape as much as I want, which is not at all. If you are only able to control yourself because you believe that God will punish you if you don't, then you are a scary person.

What would them being atheist have to do with needing to control their last or if that's even something that is a thing. Personally I think if that is a question for atheist then we should ask the same thing of many people even ones that aren't atheist being that people that aren't it is struggle with the same thing or as we see today that people's belief in the Creator or not had no bearing over there personal battles with these things.
