For example, i am the letters in this sentence as i am the effort i put while writing these letters. I am also internet, apple, pencil, meal, you... It is a big illusion that we have differences. I have the same belief. I love “the egg theory”, that when we die we just go to the next life. I am you, you are me. We have lived every life there is to live, and will ever be, until there is no more life and we become a higher being. This belief gives you a beautiful outlook on life and the hardships of others. It makes you grateful for the good life you currently have because there’s no guarantee that whoever you live as next will be a comfortable life.
