Abraham was from the Middle East. He was born and lived there, his sons too. Did you think they were going to freeze themselves for Europe, America and Canada to form centuries later, apply for citizenship there and then go onto do their work?

Other cultures were monotheistic but not popularized. For example, my Cherokee ancestors were monotheistic. That's why some who stereotype native Americans refer to the Great Spirit. The Great Spirit is G0d.
