Are religious girls more confident?

I was watching sorority videos from my school online and all the girls stammered and seemed insecure in speech. When I was in university, 98% of the girls I knew through church or religion classes could have been radio broadcasters because they were all super confident.

I've noticed something similar even among women who are spiritually focused buddhism new age etc. I think when people in general feel there is something bigger than themself or beyond this life even in secular buddhism beliefs it gives them the hope and optimism to go that bit extra or seek something beyond the material. Though i dont know about some extreme middle Eastern countries where women are marginalised and forced into marriages they dont truly want though. Healthy seeds are more likely to plant healthier people. Again there are confident albeit edgy women who are secular and vouch for independence but because they happen to feel hurt or resentful of men.

That's generally been my impression too. It's also seems that girls from Gen Z who aren't religious can easily become lost morally and spiritually.

Beats me. I know my girl took a man who tried to pull her into a club in Thailand to the ground and he chose to crawl back into the club instead of getting up. That sounds pretty confident to me.
