What should I talk about with old church acquaintances I was awkward around?

I might encounter a few old acquaintances who I knew from youth group from that same church, many years ago. If I do, what should I talk about with them? When I knew them, I was a shy, chubby, pimply nerd with braces.

I'm sure that they will comment about how much your looks have changed. So be prepared to answer that if it comes up.

Just act interested in each one individually and tell them that you are interested to know what they are doing with their lives now. Then expand on their answer.
