Is it appropriate to wear makeup to church if others go bare-faced?

For those of you who attend church do you wear makeup to church? I wear minimal makeup on a daily basis nothing over the top but noticed that the Women who attend my church never wear makeup. They do dress nicely to church but bare face.

Eh, it’s probably some bullshit about how cosmetics are evil because it enhances women’s beauty, which is somehow deception, which makes women evil, blah blah blah…
Churches have never liked women, not really.
