Depends if she's correct and the telephone company installed utilities outside of the city utility easement and are in fact trespassing on her property.

While this might seem like a karen moment, I'm guessing she has been in contact with the telephone company regarding the location of the utility box and they've repeatedly told her pound sand. Court will be the next stop.

As for the cop, he got admission of guilt of the woman committing arson. Seems like a valid arrest.
