Why are most religious Christians hypocrites and judge other people's sins but their own?

I get what your saying as I've struggled with my faith a lot growing up and only starting to find it again of late. I think my problem is I really dont like organised religion and its not just Christians every religion attracts bad people in life and thats when it starts to become almost clut like.

I fell out with my church because I suggested we help out the local night workers and offer them a safe place to come and get help my church all judged and said they'd rather send the money they raise to Africa. Im sorry but in my eyes charity should start at home and we should protect the most vulnerable when there on are doorstep.


How many years we all been sending money to Africa and nothing has changed. Most the money goes to corrupt people let's me real and you can't just keep throwing money at a situation and hope on day it will go away.

I think its the boomer generation that are the most judgey.

Im not prefect myself and I find myself judging people at times especially when they've bought it on themselves but i have to remember but god finds everyone on the right path eventually and its better to show empathy as they dont have to capability to understand yet were they've made there mistakes and god is testing them to learn from there ways

I know a guy who judged me for having premarital sex and because I told him to look at women's asses before he met his online romantic partner in person, he called me an adulterer yet he was always a glutton and still his and moved in with his current wife before marriage.
