Does Ecclesiastes teach that true happiness is in the journey, not the destination?

The book of Ecclesiastes talks about how everything is meaningless and a chasing after the wind,

And some people think this means, everything we see and taste in life is meaningless,

But I think Solomon had other intentions when he said everything is meaningless,

I believe Solomon meant, that happiness is not found in achievement but in the pursuit of achievement, not in success but in the pursuit of success, not in rest, but in the pursuit of rest, not in order, but in the pursuit of order, not in virtue, but in the pursuit of virtue, not in honour, but in the pursuit of honour, etc...,

This is why lottery winners lose their happiness after 3-12 months of being rich, it was never the money that made them happy, but it was the ability to buy things after labouring and working so hard to gain the ability to go to the store and buy the things they want…
