Do Quranic scientific references justify staying Muslim despite my doubts?

I was a muslim but I starting questioning Quran about the doubts I had about the verses but the answers I got was not satisfactory but only thing restricting me is the scientific reference mentioned in the Quran like big bang theory and expanding universe and mention of the fetus and many others which was not possible to know in 7th century so I am confused

I could change Islam as a religion if I was Muslim and male because I came up with an algorithm for interpreting Islam. But they only listen to leaders from their flock. That is fine, there are over 2 billion Christians that I could reach instead.

No, they don't and they aren't scientific. In any large body of text you can find things that vaguely match known facts.

A quick Google search shows the quranic version of embryology to be closely matched to that of Galen. Who studied embryology well before the 7th century.
