Say you become homeless tomorrow. Not "I have to sleep in my car" homeless, but $0 in the bank, "bum on the streets in dirty clothes" homeless. Like, you got evicted, your house blew up, or your city got flooded like Hurricane Katrina or something. You don't have a dollar to your name, for the time being. No one to stay with. No one to help you out. Eventually, someone might save you. But you don't know who and how long that'll last.

HOW LONG DO YOU THINK YOU COULD LAST BEING HOMELESS?

As someone who actually was homeless twice in my life, the second time being just in 2020 in a foreign country like South Korea no less, I think I could survive indefinitely. I am very smart, resourceful, and experienced in being broke, as I grew up dirt poor. I lasted seven weeks being homeless (though technically, not on the streets, but sleeping in a filthy disgusting hostel in Songpa, Seoul). How long could you last?

Hi everyone, I suspected I had sleep paralysis two days ago, it happened around noon. I wasn’t exactly sure if I dreamt of sleep paralysis or I am actually having one. But regardless, when I opened my eyes and feel my body paralysed, I glanced to the right and saw my bedroom curtain blurry but bathed in sunlight, no creatures however. I instantly knew it was sleep paralysis. I tried to lift my head up but my body muscles were inactivated, the more I try to get up the tighter my muscles and heavier the weight on my body gets. I was scared at first but later knew it was nothing supernatural but just my body being disrupted. I told myself and smirked in my head, tried to wriggle my toes and little and I went back to sleep and it was over in less than 30 seconds, I felt scared at first but I became totally fearless (not sure why though haha) when I decide to control my mind over my body to defeat the paralysed muscles and overcome SP. I feel that the human mind is the most powerful element, if u let yourself to be scared, u will be even more scared and things spiral out of control from there. If u stop yourself from being scared, u will snap the shit out of your SP in less than 30 seconds just like how I did it. Have u guys experience sleep paralysis before? How was it like?

A few years ago I had a coworker in another department ask me out on a date. Thought I hadn't dated in a while, might as well. She changed the plans from getting drinks to hanging out at her place. She gave hints she totally wanted to have sex, but also wouldn't shut up about her ex. I hadn't dated in a few years, so I was disappointed this was my first experience. Plus she still lived at home with a large family that wasn't mentioned.
I left the date and didn't sleep with her, and struggled to schedule another. I gave up. Then she got back with her ex.

For the better part of a year she kept sending mixed signals and would make sure I knew when they weren't together. Continued on and off BS.

We got to a point where we talked and texted again, she gave more hints about wanting sex, even getting all touchy while at work. But she was with the boyfriend still.

After more of the on and off and the conversation always being about the boyfriend, I just don't bother talking to her anymore.

But she's started trying to find any excuse to talk to me and gets very jealous when I talk to any of the attractive female coworkers. She'll even come interrupt just to stop it or try to talk to me.

My friends say two things. She's upset I didn't act on her advances or she's still super into me and wants what she can't have but won't leave the boyfriend due to comfort.
