So we're both 17, very close friend, she is very shy, we go home together almost every day, now she wants me come with her in the mornings too cuz we get in the same bus.

So, when we first met 3 years ago, she used to touch my shoulder every time she told me something, pulled my backpack to let me know she was there. She also fell on me by accident quite a lot. We were awkward at that stage and she once talked about exs to let me know she never dated, then asked if sb in my old class was my girlfriend (she wasn't). She also tried taking a selfie of us just as she said she doesn't have enough storage and hugged me when I was down. She also threw a surprise party on my bday.

One year passed. We could now talk about anything. This time, she was more confident and also shared more info about herself. She stopped bumping into me, pulling my backpack. Now, she was twirling her hair or playing with her straps when she saw me. She also pretended not to see me when walking close to me but slowed down a lot until I reached her to go: "Oh, hi!". She got me an eclair for my bday.

Yet another year went by. She is always very interested in my well being, always over-apologizing. She once did something bad after I helped her and went 2 hours over her bedtime texting to make sure everything was ok. After I said that I was happy to have spent the day with her and that life is about choosing what makes you happy, she texted "If life is about choices", "You chose well 🙃".

She is curious about my past. When she sits next to me, her legs are crossed, one of them towards me, wiggling it. Her head on her arm resting on that leg. When we're together, we're close enough for our hands to touch and she always compliments me saying "You're very smart" or "You're really mature compared to me". Recently, she got all hyped up (blushing, asking if she can tell her family, smiling a lot) when I told her about sb in love thinking it was me to then go nothing u can do when I told her it's a friend.

I met my girlfriend on an app. After 2 dates, she told me she just wanted to be friends. I told her I was down, but if she was just trying to let me down gently, she didn’t actually have to be my friend. She said she actually wanted to be friends, so friends we were, hanging out etc. A little over a year later, she started getting flirty, holding my arm, long hugs etc, so I asked her what was up. She said she developed feelings and was wondering if I wanted to give dating another shot. I almost passed on that LOL. But here we are. Anyone else have a similar story?

Back story: There’s this girl that I’ve been crushing on for a while. When we first met I was sure she was interested but I kinda let things die down; I used to reply late then she got petty and it became this toxic thing of who can reply later till it died (my fault I know). Fast forward to current day I’m 90% sure she knows I like her (damn near obsessed even) and now I’m really trying to apply pressure to get her or at least get closer to her.
. I sent her a voice note talking about how we should have a “light catch up” and that I’ve been thinking about her during the summer and stuff. She’s down to meet up this week but over text she seems kinda disinterested and takes a whole day to reply even though I’m replying in due time.
. Should I take this as test? Should I tolerate it because I was the one that was fumbling since and she’s getting back at me? And if so how long? Or should I simply take it as signs she’s not interested? A lot more could be said about the whole timeline but this is a summary.

WITHOUT getting shamed?

According to SOME on here, it seems like we aren't allowed to have any - I've seen many on here who are very reasonable too, before anyone starts crying:

• If we want women to shave her body hair, we're petty, because it's 'natural' yet the same user is happy to be repulsed by a man who's balding or has a bit of a belly, despite those being natural, as we age.
• If a guy doesn't want to go down on his woman, he's gay and will get dumped.
• If we care about a woman's body, it's because we're 'ugly', yet one of them who shamed us, said she wouldn't date a male slut.
• If we want to date younger, '80-90%' of us are pedos, but women who date younger 'have options'.
• If we don't want to date a single mother, it's because we aren't 'quality men' who can handle it.
• If we complain about losing our assets in divorce, we're 'disgusting' and deserve it for being a 'POS husband'.

Some of the women's standards rule out the most men, but men aren't allowed to rule out any, not to mention the countless movements you have for women, basically shaming men or forcing them to accept women that they would otherwise find undesirable.

'Body positivity' - "accept me for being fat" - okay, but where's the one for short or fat men?

Let me guess, it's 'female nature' to be XYZ and male to XYZ - okay, but are you doing your own part by having kids or your other feminine duties? - Seems like men have to do their's at all times, but can't expect nothing in return to be a 'quality man' & women just want the leverage to feel superior.

There seems to be a theme to deflect accountability/have a different attitude towards shitty female behaviour vs male - instead, lets cry about F&F, KS & Tate, but not focus on the women who go choose to go on their shows & embarrass themselves or deluded women like little Miss cupcake who went on the Steve Harvey show. 😂
