According to SOME on here, it seems like we aren't allowed to have any - I've seen many on here who are very reasonable too, before anyone starts crying:

If we want women to shave her body hair, we're petty, because it's 'natural' yet the same user is happy to be repulsed by a man who's balding or has a bit of a belly, despite those being natural, as we age.
If a guy doesn't want to go down on his woman, he's gay and will get dumped.
If we care about a woman's body, it's because we're 'ugly', yet one of them who shamed us, said she wouldn't date a male slut.
If we want to date younger, '80-90%' of us are pedos, but women who date younger 'have options'.
If we don't want to date a single mother, it's because we aren't 'quality men' who can handle it.
If we complain about losing our assets in divorce, we're 'disgusting' and deserve it for being a 'POS husband'.

Some of the women's standards rule out the most men, but men aren't allowed to rule out any, not to mention the countless movements you have for women, basically shaming men or forcing them to accept women that they would otherwise find undesirable.

'Body positivity' - "accept me for being fat" - okay, but where's the one for short or fat men?

Let me guess, it's 'female nature' to be XYZ and male to XYZ - okay, but are you doing your own part by having kids or your other feminine duties? - Seems like men have to do their's at all times, but can't expect nothing in return to be a 'quality man' & women just want the leverage to feel superior.

There seems to be a theme to deflect accountability/have a different attitude towards shitty female behaviour vs male - instead, lets cry about F&F, KS & Tate, but not focus on the women who go choose to go on their shows & embarrass themselves or deluded women like little Miss cupcake who went on the Steve Harvey show. 😂

Actually answer the question instead deflecting & remember that I am talking about a few on this site.

I don't see a problem with most of these, but I often times I'll see a man with a laundry list of absolutely everything you just listed -- and I have to wonder if he'll ever meet a woman at all.

We also hope you can see past some of the things on your list and be more open. I say this because women often do this. They'll usually wish for a never-married, no-kids kind of guy who is handsome and has a career, but there are always goalposts moved when there is a spark and then a connection. Suddenly, that ex-wife and child he has is something they're willing to work with. Or they will be patient with him as he works a stepping-stone job into something better, if ever at all.

I just remember using Plenty of Fish many years ago before I met my husband and some guy I got matched with literally had an 8-point list of must-haves. When we messaged, he wanted to know if I fulfilled all 8 points. I truthfully told him I had 6/8. He said he was really sorry but he was going to keep looking because he absolutely needed all 8 points fulfilled.

It went something like this:

1) Athletic, 2) Attractive, 3) Feminine, 4) Outdoorsy/loves camping, 5) Good cook, 6) Adventurous and travels, 7) No kids, 8) Employed

I wasn't athletic, and I disliked camping. :

It was too bad. He was sort of cute, but his spelling and punctuation were shit... something I was willing to look past if we did end up connecting.

i never understand how a female who has 4 kids by different men, doesn't work, doesn't keep herself up and lives with her parents. thinks she is entitled to some 9 inch penis- 6'4, 6 figured lawyer in her life to date? the self-entitlement is outrounding, especially when you have nothing, to offer back. but that goes for guys as well- just people in general, make sure your wants are what you have to offer back to a potential partner. it seems the people wanting so much from a potential partner have nothing to offer back.

Nowadays, people will shame you for  anything. It’s pointless to try to constantly try to not step on anyone’s toes. Heck, for some people, simply you walking down the street, minding your own business, is interpreted as fatphobia. Because you’re exercising. I’d say, just have good honest intentions, be your authentic self, and if people don’t accept you, so be it. Because as long as you’re a good human being, there will still be plenty of people who DO except you and won’t shame you for it.

You can have any standards you want, that’s no issue and nobody elses business. However, a lot of the time men will bash women who don’t fit their standards. You can have you won’t date N overweight single mother as a standard but it should end there, you don’t have to go and rant about how ugly and disgusting fat women are and how all single moms are hoes no matter what etc. You don’t have to be rude about people just because they don’t fit your standards, that’s something that will get you backlash but it’s not for the standards themselves. If you do it right no one should even know your standards that’s something to keep to yourself, that goes for men and women too. Also, if you’re going to have high standards that’s fine but that also mean it’s going to be more difficult, maybe even impossible depending on the standards, to find a partner. That’s not a problem if you recognize and accept that and would rather be single until you maybe one day meet someone who meets the standards (and are also interested in you), but you can’t whine and be bitter over not finding a partner while also having high standards. In the case you need to lower them or accept the fact you’re going to remain single forever or at the very least for a very long time - and shut up about it.

Like grow the fuck up and start respecting women. Date them for the right reasons like love and companionship. Personally I think we are all entitled to our own standards. We all have things we are attracted to and not attracted to. You cannot help it. But I do think some men (just like women can be), are pretty shallow with their standards and sometimes need to take a good look at themselves before having such high standards for others.

I think it’s also important that your standards are ones that you yourself can live up to, and not just expectations you have of others.

The problem isn't the standards, it's that people who shouldn't keep them so high but are. I find that often the most gorgeous/rich/smart men who SHOULD have high standards aren't so picky. But it's the older, balding, out of shape blue collar dude looking for a 20-year-old model/heiress.

Would you believe it if I told you that I've had to literally block 3 men over the last month on IG who were pushing 70 - WHY would I bother with someone so much older? Not very realistic. I am over 40 but I'm not 67 and walking on a cane - and THAT'S who they should be talking to, lol.

Some women are like this, too, so again, if people are realistic then no problem.

I think you watch to much black pill lol, I mean I understand where your getting at don’t get me wrong but men and women both have struggles in the dating game. And yeah some women will shame you for your preferences just like some men will shame women for there preferences even tho most preferences are unrealistic on both sides. when girls criticize guys for their standards (aside for the feminazis) its usually cos the guy in question isn't hot enough to have those standards. if a hot guy only want a hot girl that's normal, no one will judge. cos i mean that's expected. if a fat ugly old guy only wants a hot supermodel 20 yo perfect girlfriend then yea everyone's going to judge for obvious reasons. your standards have to match what you got or else its funny. if you aren't cute enough to get what you want like you have to glow up. like if your fat, lose weight etc. then you can have higher standards

You are allowed to set whatever standards that you want. Regardless, people will shame you no matter what. As a woman, I have no issue with men standards until they start being rude/aggressive towards women who rejected them, just because they think she fits his laundry lists. It is also perfectly fine not to lower your standards, but you need to accept the fact that it is very high likely that you will remain single.

There is not question of permission or consent for having standards for the kind of woman they want as a partner. It is up to the man to decide the standards.

It is up to man to ensure that the standards are high but realistic also. There is no question of allowance here.
