So Frank the pest aka controlling primary caregiver for my client theresa tells me:
1. Theresa face is peeling I don't know If it's from the baby wipes or the nurses washing her face with soap.

2. Wipe Neosporin all over her face to heal the peeling around her mouth

3. The company can do better getting me coverage. (Yet he's hiding the fact his job cut his hours or either fired him. he's been leaving extremely late and when his mom comes to pick him up he says uh nevermind Don't need a ride. Mind you he's supposed to be at work at 10am but he's been leaving at 3pm and taking an Uber then comes back home at 8pm from Uber. So basically he worked 4hrs)

1. Why are you wiping her face with baby wipes (we know it's him using baby wipes on her face) instead of using just water on a wash cloth? You're irritating her skin by using the wipes on her face. Are they fragrance free and hypoallergenic? (Like who tf wipes their face with the same thing they wipe their ass with 😩🤣?)

2. I told him we need an order to apply neosporin to her face because it is an antibiotic. He said ," it's an antibiotic? Well wouldn't this work for her skin peeling why not!. Me- neosporin is for minor cuts, scrapes, burns and abrasions. Not for something chronic. She may have a skin condition. Sure enough I checked the chart and she had an order for nystatin (an antifungal ) for skin breakdown.

3. He gets 16hrs a day mon-friday and weekends fri, sat, sun 12 hrs a day. He has plenty of coverage to work instead he's throwing it on the agency when he knows his hours got cut yet doesn't want us to know that. Anyways I told him we cover all these hours he's always finding something to complain about. How much more coverage do u need when u only work 4 hrs?

Moreover- his cousin states ," Frank's annoying and depressing he's like a big black cloud. He stresses people out that's why I don't even like talking to him".

I am desperate to leave our house because my father is narcissistic and controlling.

I applied for a work abroad and got hired as customer service. I grabbed the opportunity even if I didn't had no experience in taking calls because I was in Finance. I was doing well in the email and investigation. But when we had our channel exam, I both failed in "Calls" and "Chat." It was kind of embarrassing because I was the only one who failed. And, the team lead has no choice but to put me on the email only.

I am so depressed and embarrassed of what will others think of me. I didn't fly yet abroad, should I stay or resign from job?
