Alright, so my boyfriend came back from 'man-gathering' today. Men, and i mean MEN, having serious MAN talks. But among those talks, he heard an interesting story. Rumors perhaps, but even policeman and a military man had reasons to believe in these rumors.

Who is this man? - No one really knows.
Why it matters? - It doesn't really. Until people realised, he meddled with many people's lives from the shadows. Or ended their lives.
Most of the men in the gathering believed he is real. They said he is a mercenary. Precisely, a leader of mercenaries. Spec-force for hire. Soldiers for hire. Killers for hire.
It all dated back to mid 1980's. And to this man:
Todor Zhivkov
He was the Bulgarian de facto leader of the People's Republic of Bulgaria (PRB) from 1954 until 1989 as General Secretary of the Bulgarian Communist Party.
It's not until the mid 1980's when the name Boyko Boriso, becomes... a NAME! He used to be among the top bodyguards of Todor Zhivkov. Whereas the Orange-Eyed Boy, was some errand-boy. Guy with given tasks, which had to be done in the shadow or from the shadows.
But official pics about him are scarce or nonexistent.
Democracy
When the Democracy has come, the Orange-Eyed Man, seemingly disappears. Whereas Boyko Borisov, slowly starts his rise in power.
It is not until the year of 2012 when the mention of "Orange-Eyed Man" has started to appear... In medical reports, police reports, witnesses testifying. All tied to corruption, violence, murder. Back then, it was the first mandate of
And quite a messy one. Like all of his mandates, people would say. A lot of mafia shootings started to happen.
"So this man and Boyko Borisov, always knew each other?" - my boyfriend asked, in the meeting.
"Yes. - a cop responded. - Remember, although Borisov was utilizing the Euro money better than the previous Governments, his own government was incredibly corrupt. Always shady works in the backgrounds. And the public barely knew."
Supposedly, they worked together. Or precisely, Boyko was paying this man for some questionable tasks. A figure of medium importance (for the country) would be shot (seemingly randomly) overnight. Sometimes in the middle of the day. Police investigation not leading to anywhere. They never caught the shooter/s. Sometimes, they were paid (under the table) not to investigate much.
"Hold up! - my BoyFriend said - A notorious leader, paying a mercenary to remove a problematic person? I am sure he had the resources and men to deal with people on his own.
Boy, - a soldier told him - which planet you fell from? Not only this way is more comfortable, but the situations is easier to control. He (Boyko) did pay him personally, but the guy (the mercenary) didn't do the murdering in person. He had his own trained personnel for that. And when someone is shot dead in the dark and in such mystery, go figure where it came from or why it happened. And for which is more, there is no one to assume those shootings were somehow related to Boyko Borisov. No one to question him or to suspect him. No one to accuse him of suppressing the opposition."
So, who exactly is this man... Orange Eyes?
Turns out, he really had Orange Eyes. Almost brown, but orange none the less. It was reported that he isn't really tall, maybe 180cm. But well put, athletic, pale. For which is more, his hair and eyebrows were orange too. Were they dyed? No one to tell.
For those who would like to know, "is he attractive?" - One woman at hospital shared she thought he is very beautiful. Until he maimed her. No one knows the details, but she lost a breast.
Rumors have it, that he and his men DO get paid to do 'dirty job'. But in the same time, there were rumor that he had a problem killing an innocent child.
This ruthless man has been doing business like that for years, feeding from the chaos in the country.
But here is where things get tricky:
Aging?
He was first known in mid 1980's as young man, but then, 30 years later none of the witness had described him as middle aged man? The maimed woman have described him as 30 years old man.
I mean, i know some people MAY not change drastically over the years, but damn, we talk about a period of 30 years here!
Unnatural speed -
Year of 2016, Month - November. Two teenagers, Girl (15) and Boy (16) have reported to have seen a fight and wrote about it all over Facebook. A fight in the dark, between two men, as the one has been 'as huge as bear', while the other has looked somewhat slim, but firm. They could swear they saw, that when the huge man threw his fist against the smaller man's head, the fist went through it... while somehow at the same time, the smaller man appeared to the side of the bigger man and stabbed him in the neck. Then dragged him into minibus.
Now of course, it might just be two kids that made up a story. But what struck in the story is that they said - the slim man had orange eyes.

A Girl, feminist activist (which are rare here) has claimed for a whole year (2018), that her mother has been murdered, when she was a little girl. And suspicious men have been censoring her speeches, threating her and her friends 'not to take her mother's path'.
She often had nightmares (or so she claimed) of bad men, hurting and then taking her mother away from their home. One detail however was particular -
Speaking of which, there were a case like that, my boyfriend said, the year of 2000, a similar case reported in newspaper. The woman went home after work and yet was reported she died or was killed in the middle of the night, 1 kilometer away from her home.
So whatever happened to this guy?
As of now, my boyfriend was told, he might have moved to Ukraine.
Why?
Approx. 1 year ago, Boyko Borisov began losing power, after resigning himself, in hopes he will trick the people to choose him again, for a fourth time. Did not play out well. Seems because of that, the Mercenary man ran out of business. Then the Orange-Eyed Man supposedly saw opportunities in the Ukraine-Russia conflict and moved business.
So what is this guy?
Are the stories just exaggerated? Because the victims and the witnesses were scared, and their minds are playing tricks with their memory?
Or its just agile, red-haired guy, with contact lenses?
The government inserting disinformation, to cover up for their own corruption?
Or SuperNatural exists and he is...
A Vampire?
Or could he be something else? A genetic Experiment?
I will let the reader decide! :)
But damn, i hope we don't die overnight, due writing that story.
