Can someone please give me advice. I matched with a guy on a dating app and we are in two different countries. We have stated that we are exclusively getting to know each other and to let the other person knows if that changes. I made us take the attachment test and we found out that he’s secure and I’m anxious. Because of the time differences we aren’t able to speak for that long however during the day we don’t have that much communication (which is bothering me). They message me in the morning and I message them back and I don’t hear from them until 11pm their time, which is when they are about to go to sleep. I’ve mentioned that I don’t like their communication style and they say they’ll work on it but it’s gotten worse tbh. I know they are busy and have a lot on their plate, so I’m trying to be understanding but it’s getting to me. I like is it a me issue or we just aren’t compatible. How am i suppose to get to know someone if we aren’t in communication… I don't know or am I being childish? I’ve always been huge on communication but I’m like is it bc I truly care about it or is it my attachment style playing a part in it. Also, we’ve only known each other for 3 months so it’s fairly new. Am I putting too much expectation on it? I don’t want to keep bringing it up because I have like 4 times. Should I end it because of communication issue. I do like him, his morals etc, there are something I don’t agree with him (which I think is normal bc it’s not everything you’ll agree with someone on) & I’d like to continue knowing him but I don’t know if I should. Someone please advise & thank you.

So there’s this guy in my class, who I sit behind of. I got to admit his kind of attractive but that’s it, he’s style is good and he’s eye catching so I be staring at him sometimes at class so I be seeing how he acts, now that seats changed I sit behind him and lately he turns around and we make a small eye contact (there’s no one behind me) and he touches his hair a LOT, especially today. He was fixing, touching his hair every 5 seconds and it really started distracting me to be honest. Then later his friend talked to me because we got class together and he was smiling and giggling at me while I was speaking to his friend and yes we had a small chat all together. I sometimes feel he be staring at me in both classes we got together but I might just be crazy. What do you guys think?

So I started dating this guy. We've really only gone for coffee nothing sexual. I find that he's quite passive aggressive and not necessarily open in his communication.

I don't like passive aggressive people or people that aren't good communicators. Yes I get not everyone is a good communicator but if you're not going to communicate stuff don't turn around and blame another person as this guy is done for not understanding what's going on or getting confused and frustrated.

I have kept seeing him simply for the fact that the potential benefits, like we have similar interests we have similar mentality similar upbringing, could potentially outweigh the communication Style. Maybe he needs a little work.

Anyway last night he said that he had to work late. That doesn't make any sense because in his job the only time he works late is when it is an emergency situation. But what it sounded like was just casual everyday work and that usually ends at 5:00 or 6:00... 7:00 at the latest.

He was still out until around 11:30 cuz he text me saying he was going home.

Anyway this morning I found out his Communications style has changed it's a little more standoffish and not as engaging as usual. Like I said he already had ticks against him that in my mind were quite severe/ this passive aggressiveness and lack of communication.

But I don't know if I should reach out as usual communication or if that will come across as desperate or just you know wait and see what he does

I have an Anxious Preocuppied Attachment style and he is a fearful avoidant, both 28. We had been together for 3 years before he broke up with me almost a month ago while celebrating our anniversary / my birthday. The month prior, he had moved to a new city due to being transferred at his job, so new workplace as well. His company gave him 2 weeks to move his whole life over there and he had to do the move while still going to work so he was highly stressed. The city is about 1.5hrs away by train from where I am (and he also was) and I have plans to go there next year for work, so we were thinking of going there together. So a long distance relationship would have been temporary and we would have seen each other once a month in person. He reassured me that everything would be okay and that we would absolutely make it work.

When he came back to our city a week after moving/starting his new job (for the celebration), he looked very stressed. His work week was hectic and he’d get home at around 9pm every day and go straight to sleep (about one message a day). At the hotel, where we were celebrated, he seemed to be in a terrible mood so I asked him what was wrong a bunch of times and also mentioned our future (moving in together eventually, which we’ve talked about before) and he said he didn’t know and couldn’t give me the answer that I wanted. He then came up with a bunch of excuses about needing to focus on himself and his career and not having the bandwidth to be in a relationship anymore. That he couldn’t cherish me. There was no changing his mind. I left the hotel and went back home.

The next day I called to make up and talk again but he was firm in his decision so we each apologized and thanked each other and that was it. He deleted me from IG and hasn’t reached out since. I have been in NC. I’m extremely hurt and am wondering if this is temporary or permanent? He broke up with me once before but came back after 20 mins apologizing. What should I do?
