The reason I do this is because I think it’s smart to do this. You will be more easily willing to filter out girls you are not that compatible with. The way I often interpret "being a man" from the old-fashioned traditionalist men is that a man must simp for a woman and treat her like a child who doesn't know any better by not putting any sort of responsibilities or accountability on her even if women are clearly adults.

Perhaps I'm wrong on my interpretation of "being a man" but for the most part, I see a few aspects of "traditional values" as antiquated in today's society with how broken and corrupt just about everything is in America that they're just not compatible anymore.
