In my friend group, there are 2 guys that are married and they have completely different marriages.

Friend A: His wife constantly checks on him. He works from home, she works in office, and whenever she has a break, she calls to see what he’s doing. He claims that he loves it, but to me it seems like she’s always monitoring him. During my birthday party 2 years ago, she called him 4 times in a 3 hour span to see where he was at and ask if it was over. One time, we left his house and drove 15 minutes to pick up pizza. As we’re driving back, she calls to see where we’re at because in her mind it shouldn’t have taken that long. I don’t think she trusts him. She’s also forced him to change where he does his hobbies. He likes to play pool, but he can’t go to his favorite pool hall 30 minutes away. He has to go to the one 7 minutes away and be home by 9:30 pm.

Friend B: His wife never checks on him. Every time we hang out, his wife never calls or texts. For instance, the other day, he told her that he was going to play basketball with me from 8:30 to 12. He only lives 10 minutes from the court. After basketball, we went to get protein shakes and chatted until 1. A complete contrast from my other friend. He said that if he’s out late, she’ll just go to sleep and hear what he has to say in the morning. She trusts him completely.

I like Friend B’s marriage, however I wouldn’t mind a little text after let’s say 30 minutes of when I was going to be done to see what’s up. I could not do Friend A’s wife’s excessive calling.

What kind of partner would you rather have?

The mass media has reinvented themselves and gone from horrible to beyond deranged by how they manufactured out of whole cloth the so called “excitement” for Kamala Harris. Like she is new and “fresh faced” despite being are sitting vice president for the last 3 years and 9 months.

Now Kamala is running away from interviews and debates and that’s no coincidence. Here is the mass media’s plan (and they concocted it lightning quick):

> promote this bullshit narrative about how “wonderful” she is (when she is actually incompetent and worthless).

> give her scripted interviews and never ask her a hard question lest risking her laughing like Joaquin Phoenix in “the Joker” in response.

> deflect any criticism of Kamala as “sexism” or racism.

> create a human centipede bullshit loop among the DNC and the whole mass media network. Promote a false image her (same way they do in communist countries) hoping that impressionable low information voters are stupid enough to vote her in. The mass media believes the average American is a naive moron.

Kamala had a 28% approve just six f’ing weeks ago! What happened since then to boost her approval? Did she invent the cure for cancer?

Anyway if you are a hardcore democrat (who of course hates Trump) and would vote for a blue coffee cup with a D on it then fine. Go ahead and vote for Kamala despite her incompetence. Just go ahead even though her economic policy will likely hurt you as well (hyperinflation). Be woke and “feel” the joy.

But if you are undecided please use your brain and look at what’s going to impact your very life: policy. Look at what America was like (economy, crime, border) when Trump was in office vs when Biden is in office (and Kamala was VP). Talk is cheap. Policy is what matters.

Kamala has answered literally zero questions about policy because she doesn’t f’ing have one. And for the things she is “promising” why hasn’t she got anything done in the last four years while she was VP?

I typically don’t. If they’ve made up their mind, then why fight it?

Most recently, a woman text me after 4 dates saying that it was really nice getting to know me, but she didn’t think we’re a good fit for each other, she knows that I’ll find what I’m looking for, and that I’m such a great kisser. I never responded. It was such a shock to me because we were making out at my house the night before and our conversations were going great. Some people said that I should’ve responded politely to end on good terms, while others said I did the right thing by not replying.

Another time, a few years back, a woman rejected me after a couple of dates by texting me she was so sorry, but she wanted to get back with her ex. I never responded, but mutual friends have sent me tweets that she put out about me and most recently she’s been appearing in my suggested on Instagram (does that mean she’s viewing my profile?). In the tweets she’s complained about not getting closure and that she’s had people die without saying bye. I think she has anxiety or something. So why not text/call me again then if you care so much?

Overall, I don’t think it’s worth it. It’s different by doing the rejection in person or via phone call.
