It seems like today, you need preconsent via dating apps or messaging to even approach a woman in-person with romantic intentions. The excessive boundaries are ridiculous, and the hookup culture and unrealistic expectations make matters worse.

I was lucky to find my fiance due to an arranged situation. I was 29 when I had my first real girlfriend. Better late than never, but if I didn't have the help, I would still be lonely today.
