I'm also wondering if men or women are mostly incurable romantics.

Trending & News @sage2021 Well, my dear lady friend, you certainly know, or should know by now, that I AM an incurable romantic, but, with a touch of 'lust' thrown in for good measure!🤷ββοΈ😁 Romance is such an important part of life and relationships, and I could not do without it in my life... Diane is my current Love interest, although she is currently 'attached" and the future of that 'love' is up for grabs and will only be realized (or not) in time. I still stay in touch with Maria, in Oceanside as she still appears to be interested in keeping up some relationship.
Romantic... YES, Indeed... sweet woman!
@Bricealan
Thank goodness there are still some of you out there and keeping romance π alive!! More guys should be that way and perhaps more people would stay together and make it a better relationship.
Right onβ£οΈ
I'm one of those. Last year, I planted roses and had them in a concealed spot so I could give the first flower to my wife for her birthday. They bloomed just in time.
I'm doing the same this year, but she has already found out. I guess I can't give her the same surprise twice.

Guilty as charged. When you are tired of romance, you are tired of life.
Flowers, cooking, mainly.
I don't really date. I'm married and sometimes extend my love more broadly.
What do you mean you extend your love more broadly?
@Decemberbaby86 People say 'polyamory'. Every monogamous relationship has the same one rule, every non-monogamous relationship has different agreements.
It would be nice to think being romantic would work but it's unlikely nowadays BUT sparks of it help us keep our humanity and bring cheer to our emotional lives.
I have a romantic side that doesn't ever go away.
Romance is strength for better relationship
I used to be a romantic, but I was cured.
Thats a shame your not anymore.
I used to be but a couple of bitches cured me.
